Sidekick ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Nugget Services Pte Ltd ("the Company"), a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through joinsidekick.info, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@joinsidekick.info and we'll clarify.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us, through:

• The Starter Guide signup form — your email address.
• Booking a call — your name and email address, via Google Calendar's booking page.
• Emailing us directly — whatever you include in that email.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this site at this time. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, we'll ask for your consent first.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• To send you the Singapore Starter Guide you requested.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To schedule and conduct a call you've booked with us.
• To occasionally follow up by email about Sidekick's services, if you've signed up for the guide. You can opt out of this at any time (see "Your choices" below).

We will not use your data for any purpose beyond these without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Sidekick. Your data passes through these tools only to the extent needed to deliver the above:

• Netlify — hosts our website and processes form submissions.
• Zapier — automates sending the guide to your email after you sign up.
• Google Workspace / Gmail — used to send emails and manage bookings.
• Google Calendar — used to schedule and manage call bookings.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to hear from us, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Booking details are kept only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling and follow-up.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to receive emails from us — just reply to any email with "unsubscribe", or write to us directly.

To do any of the above, email hello@joinsidekick.info. We'll respond within a reasonable time and won't charge you for reasonable requests.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal data, including relying on reputable providers (Netlify, Google, Zapier) who maintain their own industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we don't take this lightly.

Governing law

This policy is governed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If you have concerns we haven't resolved directly, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally as Sidekick grows. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
